In order to return an item you should fill out the return form, enclose it in the parcel and send it back with SPEEDEX at our own charge. The product should be in good condition, as it was received, with all the labels and barcodes included.
For hygiene reasons, products with red markings cannot be returned. When we receive and check your return, you will receive a message from Celestino that will inform you of your credit balance. You can then place a new order on our page or
by phone and this amount will be deducted from your total payment amount. If you would like a refund, you can visit here and fill in the details to receive the amount of the
